Online Registration from 10/24/23 - 11/3/23
There is a mandatory student meeting with the e-board and faculty advisors to review guidelines and procedures on Tuesday, January 2nd, at 2:15pm in the high school cafeteria.
Along with your Nipmuc Forms, online registration with Wachusett Mountain is due by Friday, November 3rd.
Registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis and starts October 18th, 2023.
SEASON PASS HOLDERS MUST FOLLOW THE SAME STEPS BELOW
Parents Step ONE: Complete Nipmuc Forms Packet, and submit the packet and the check for the bus fee to the school coordinator.
Parents Step TWO: Go to https://www.wachusett.com/tickets-passes/schoolgroups/
Parents Step THREE: Enter this Code: NIRSC
**PLEASE read below to know what to do if you receive a message that says the program is full/contact the school coordinators
*Your child must be registered through the Wachusett website (Step 3) even if they have already purchased a season pass
When submitting your registration, please sign up for the 6 week options (Lift badge and rentals/lessons, if needed).
Note:
The number of people currently able to register online is enough to fill the first bus only. Those people who try to register after we have reached our maximum number of seats will be prompted to contact the school ski club coordinators for more information.
If this happens, you may contact us at [email protected] to give us your child's full name and let us know you would like us to add her/him to the "waiting list" for a potential second bus. Please still send the "Nipmuc Ski Club Forms" packet and bus payment to the Nipmuc Ski Club Advisors to hold. To be included on the waiting list, you must complete this process by the same deadline of November 4th. Seats for the second bus will be reserved based on the submission of the above mentioned forms and payment on a first come, first served basis. All parents of "wait listed" students will be notified via email by, 11/9 if the second bus will be running, or if their payment will be returned to them. If enough people have been put on the waiting list to allow us to fill a second bus, we will open the online registration process again in order for those parents to officially register their child with Wachusett Mountain which will then be due by 11/23.
Students who are able to successfully register online through the Wachusett website, but do not get their payment and other registration forms into the ski club advisors by November 4th will lose their spot on the bus to someone on the waiting list.
